Speakers

MODERATOR: Owen Ellis, Chairman, AV User Group

Owen’s career in AV started in 1984 and he has worked in a variety of roles from live events through project delivery at systems integrators that include Metro Group & Electrosonic. He also served for 17 years as a corporate enterprise end user at Morgan Stanley Investment Bank.

Owen became a member of the AV User Group in London in 2004 and was asked to serve as Chairman at the end of 2009. During Owen's time as Chairman he has extended the Groups reach into Scotland, New York, San Jose (Silicon Valley), Hong Kong & Sydney.
He transitioned to a full-time role running the AV User Group in December 2017.

Toby Lewis, Senior Manager, Collaboration Strategy, Logitech

Toby Lewis has worked for almost 2 decades integrating Video into leading Voice and UC solutions. He’s been covering Cisco and Microsoft in various guises in the largest Systems Integrators before moving to Vendors and the crazy world of startups.

Toby also worked as the Lead for the EMEA Polycom Microsoft Services, his teams consulted on, and undertook some of the biggest video deployments in the world. He’s now working within Logitech to help define what the next steps for our industry look like.


Lieven Bertier, Segment Marketing Director, Barco

Lieven has been with Barco for more than 20 years, taking up different technical-commercial and marketing roles for the company. Since 2014 he has been part of the company’s Meeting Experience business unit, where he was head of product management and responsible for the business’ go-to-market strategy. Today he leads all of Barco’s strategic marketing activities targeted at the (digital) workplace.
