Jerrod Thomas, M.S.

Senior Director of Academic Technology Services @Portland State University

Jerrod Thomas is the Senior Director of Academic and Technology Services (ATS), providing information technology services to a diverse campus community by working closely with campus senior leadership to plan, design and deliver quality, inclusive technology experiences to the Portland State community. ATS facilitates the use and understanding of technology to connect the campus’ needs with the best IT solutions. This work is coordinated through functional units including Academic Applications, AV Design and Implementation, Digital Accessibility and Content, Field Technology Services, Printing and Public Technologies and Service Desk Operations.

Jami Moyer

Customer Experience Leader @Steelcase Learning

Jami Moyer serves as Steelcase Learning’s Customer Experience Leader. She has worked with education institutions around the country for over 21 years. She was an original member of the Steelcase Learning team in the role of Regional Education Leader with a territory that included the thirteen western United States. She has also had a focus on driving sales growth with our largest education customers, which includes the University of California system. Jami leads our Grand Rapids, Michigan-based Virtual Experience and has spent time with over 600 education clients and design firms since the start of 2021. She also helps to support a variety of sales programs including our Active Learning Center Grant. Jami is a designer by education and holds a B.S. of Interior Architecture & Design from Lawrence Technological University.

Roseanne Cohen

Industry Solutions, Public Sector @Logitech

Roseanne Cohen is the Industry Solutions Marketing Manager responsible for identifying and elevating innovative approaches to digital transformation within the public sector. Her focus is on sharing customer experiences and lessons learned to better serve the needs of education, government and healthcare customers. With over 23 years of experience in the voice and video communications market, Ms. Cohen is highly skilled in consulting and educating customers and partners on how to leverage collaboration solutions to solve communication challenges. Ms. Cohen is a member of the United States Distance Learning Association (USDLA) and has held memberships and served on various boards and technology committees throughout her career. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing Management from East Carolina University.
