The notable increase in the adoption of hybrid work in Indonesia indicates a fundamental change in the nation’s professional landscape. To gain an understanding of workers preferences, perceptions, challenges, and behaviors as they navigate the hybrid work environment, Logitech conducted survey in March 2023 with 500 white-collar employees in Indonesia.
