Every spring, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) accepts applications for funding under the Distance Learning & Telemedicine (DLT) program. This program awards anywhere from $50,000 to $1 Million to eligible applications seeking to acquire the technology and training resources needed to connect educational and medical professionals with students, teachers, and patients in rural communities.
